Turner's Outdoorsman-Pasadena

Today I worked with Jamison, he was outstanding. He spent a lot of time with me, teaching me what I needed and never rushed me. I went to another gun store and the guy was rushing me. I’m an amateur and I needed help. As I said, Jamison was amazing. So if you’re looking for someone to really take some time with you, I would come ask for Jamison.

The Turner’s Outdoorsman Pasadena location is hands down the best gun store around! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made the entire firearm purchasing process quick, easy, and completely stress-free. A special shout-out to Raymond, who went above and beyond. He was fast, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me install the scope and grip on my Kel-Tec Sub 2000, making sure everything was mounted correctly and ready to go. His attention to detail and willingness to help really made the experience exceptional. If you’re looking for outstanding customer service and a team that truly knows their products, I highly recommend the Pasadena Turner’s Outdoorsman location. In my opinion, it’s the best Turner’s location and the best gun store around. I’ll definitely be back for my future purchases!

The selection for fishing gear, camping supplies, and firearms is surprisingly solid and well-stocked. Shout-out to the team behind the counter for helping me locate my items. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, which makes a big difference when you're looking for specific gear. The ammo/firearms line can get a bit long on the weekends, but the employees do a great job of moving things along as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!

Very helpful people here. Many here are knowledgeable and passionate about guns, and I'm a beginner. They were really patient answering my questions about ammo and different models. Thank you Jack, Jameson, and Kevin for the help!

Terrible attitude from a young, heavy-set female sales associate, though the front desk staff was very friendly and helped me contact the manager. I visited the store yesterday to take my FSC test. I waited in line for an hour initially, which I completely understood and didn't mind at all. During the wait, a very friendly male associate told me that once I finished the test, he would put my name at the top of the list so I wouldn't have to wait in line all over again. I really appreciated this gesture, especially since earlier, a young, heavy-set female sales associate had been incredibly unprofessional and impatient with me. Unfortunately, things didn't go as promised. I finished the FSC test in just 5 minutes, but then had to wait another 30 minutes just for an employee to verify my results. I really didn't want to waste any more time. It is completely beyond me why such a large store only has three employees assisting customers. Honestly, if I hadn't had a great experience shopping at Turner's in the past, I would never have wasted so much of my day here. This location is very close to me, but the service makes it not worth returning to. Yes, your occasional deals on firearms
